This app helps us map the humans in partner organizations and helps their sales teams understand their clients. It’s also one of our best training tools because it’s not just a great use case for multiple agent and workflow systems, it’s a shining example of how AI won’t replace us - but will enhance us if we let it.
AI can’t feel emotions, but it can predict our behavior and help us understand each-other better. This experience is something we do instinctively and while it can’t be replicated perfectly, it can be simulated to explain how technology does what we do, and helps us find our edge.
