Step 1
Agenda confirmation (before the session)
A 30 minute call to understand your team dynamics, current AI status, strategic priorities, and the specific challenges you want the session to address. We customize every workshop; no off-the-shelf decks.
Step 2
Workshop delivery (the sessions)
Half-day modules (4 hours). Up to 40 attendees. In-person or virtual. We run the right modules for your context so the room moves from theory to use, and from use to decisions. Typically, teams take 1–4 modules.
Step 3
De-brief and feedback
Observations and recommended next steps for the organization, from the perspective of us as an internal AI department. We help you find the right next step for you that keeps your business on your path.

Do we need any technical background?
No. The sessions are designed for business leaders, not developers. If you have technical people in the room, we calibrate accordingly.
What if our team is skeptical or resistant?
That's normal and we're used to it. The YPO member who hated AI at the start of one session became a top adopter. The format is designed to build buy-in through experience, not lectures.
Can this be done virtually?
Yes, though in-person almost always produces better outcomes. We've delivered effective virtual sessions for international clients when travel isn't feasible.
What's the ROI on this?
One identified use case, even a simple one, typically pays for the session within the first month of implementation. Most clients identify 5–15 high-value use cases in the session itself.
How far in advance do we need to book?
Two to three weeks is typical for domestic sessions. Four to six weeks for international travel. We can move faster if the situation calls for it.
What comes after the workshop?
Most clients move to either an Implementation Sprint (for depth and a formal roadmap) or an ongoing AI Department retainer. We will make an honest recommendation during or after the session.
